For the very first time, you can now take a tour right after an Opry performance at the show’s most famous former home – the Ryman Auditorium. The Ryman hosts the Opry November – January, and post-show tours are available on nights when there is only one Opry show scheduled. (For tours of the Opry’s current home, the Grand Ole Opry House, please see

Minutes after the Opry, you’ll learn the fascinating story of the Ryman – the Mother Church of Country Music. You’ll start with a one-of-a-kind theater experience, the Soul of Nashville, where the history of the Ryman and Nashville comes to life before your eyes. Then your guide will take you backstage, visiting dressing rooms used by the stars you just saw on the show. Finally, you’ll take your turn on the Ryman stage which has played host to the biggest names in entertainment and the Opry for decades – everyone from legends like Hank Williams, Minnie Pearl, Johnny Cash, and Patsy Cline to today’s superstars including Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood.

Please note that a show ticket for the Opry immediately preceding the tour is required.
